How much do you charge?

We are not like everyone else and hope that will set us apart from other the other companies out there. We don't charge by footage but have the philosophy the higher the listing price of the home the more you are probably willing to invest in photos. So we charge by listing price. You will see 2 options. If you are a real estate agent select the "Real Estate Agent Tab to see prices. If you sent a client of yours to the site so they can book please have them select the "Clients of Agents" Tab

How do I get my photos?

We try to accommodate your needs.  Some people are more tech savvy then others. The fastest most convenient way is Dropbox.  Dropbox is a quick easy electronic delivery method. Click the Dropbox Link to find out more.  We use this a lot for Real Estate clients. We can also provide a flash drive or disk most popular with our wedding client

How do I find out availability?

Use our BOOK NOW feature to see if we are available for you event. You will be asked to check out but we do not ask for money at this time. It is just a means of collection information. What is the average wait time to get on the schedule?

Many times we have the next day available but the business is seasonal and could be longer wait times during the busy times. Or goal is just a day or two.

When will I get my pictures? 

We have a 24 hour guarantee or you get 50% off your next listing! That is our guarantee! I will say if you do not see an e-mail from us by the next morning please call, text or email because we are probably suck in a spam filter or something. Sometimes if the stars are aligned just right or if your on a deadline we can get your photos  to you within hours! 

How do I pay? 

You will be billed for the services via email. Some agents like to mail or give us payment at the time of service. Most of our clients prefer to conveniently pay with their credit card on line with our secure Quick Books payment option.

When is payment due?  

Is due at the time of service. If we send you an electronic statement we allow a reasonable amount of time for postage or you just had a busy day or two. We take pride in having good working relationships with our customers and hope we can alway do business this way. I'm old enough to remember when we did business on a handshake. Boy how things have changed!

What type of credit cards do you accept?  

All major credit or debit cards are accepted. Even Amex for you Amex business people!

How many pictures do I get? 

Bad answer is I don't know. Good answer would be I don't count. To me every house has a story. It is my job to tell that story and help you sell the home. So it may take 4 or more angles of the same room to tell its story. In a large home it is not unusual to get 50 to 75 nice photos. I can't think of an agent that said I had given them to many. So we must be doing something right.

What if the weather is bad? 

At this point and time or main goal is to help you sell the house and I am working for you. As long as we change the booking a few hours before I leave to do the shoot because it is not going to be in your best interest to shoot that day there is no charge. If we are driving out to the site and you need to reschedule the shoot for some reason there will be a $20 rescheduling fee. Same rules apply for the need to reschedule because the client are not quit ready. 

Do you do night photography?  

We do offer night photography at a flat rate of $125.00.  Good night photos take a little time as they look their best just as the sun is setting. We usually get to the site an hour early to get everything set for the best moments. We use the best DSLRs in the business and achieve nice results.
